ZIGGY is a brand-new type of coffee maker from Hiroia. The patented cold infusion extraction technology creates a new and efficient technique for cold brewing.
Through precise digital parameter control and associated cloud services, the cold coffee brewing process can be completed in just 5-8 minutes and creates a very refreshing, pure, layered, smooth taste.
The aluminum-bodied Ziggy machine, which weighs about 8 kilograms, achieves faster cold-water coffee extraction by stirring a slurry of ground coffee and water in its BPA-free plastic upper chamber and allowing it to steep intermittently before drawing the liquid down with vacuum pressure through a paper filter and into a receptacle.
By connecting with ZIGGY App, you can now adjust all parameters to create your own flavors during the extraction process, including the stir speed, stir time, steep time, and vacuum strength.
With these four-parameters adjusted, you can taste the different flavors even using the same beans, and now all the recipes can be stored on to the machine.
