Experience the magic of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe with a cup of Banko Gotiti Natural coffee.  This exceptional coffee hails from the Gedeo Zone, a region renowned for its ideal growing conditions that produce some of the world's most prized coffee beans.

The Banko Gotiti cooperative, established in 2012, is a community effort. Here, around 300 family-owned farms join forces to cultivate heirloom Ethiopian coffee varieties.  These smallholder farmers meticulously handpick the ripest cherries, ensuring only the finest beans reach your cup.

Banko Gotiti utilizes the natural processing method. Coffee cherries are laid on raised beds to dry under the Ethiopian sun. This meticulous process, taking up to 20 days, allows the beans to absorb the essence of the fruit, resulting in a complex and flavorful cup.

This coffee is known for its bright and vibrant profile. The natural processing method brings out a delightful sweetness and is perfectly balanced with a crisp, clean acidity.
